Abstract

Generation Z is often subjected to the negative stereotypes, such as a lack of loyalty and low job retention. However, as digital natives, they possess unmatched potential for digital adaptability. This paper aims to analyze how talent incubation programs act as strategic catalysts in transforming Generation Z’s raw potential into an organizational competitive advantage. Through literature review and conceptual analysis, this study found that an incubation ecosystem that provides psychological safety and mentorship is capable of aligning individual passion with the company’s strategic goals. Consequently, talent incubation is not merely a training program but a strategic investment in mitigating the risks of digital disruption and preparing future leaders for the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045.
