Speaking of institutional progress, the key internal aspect that must be developed is HR competency. Then, another internal pillar is the strategy to create a harmonious organizational culture climate. This paper serves to determine the causality between HR competence and organizational culture on employee performance. Quantitative models by path analysis are implemented to investigate direct as well as indirect linkages. The study motif focuses on a survey approach that digs up information about variable items to employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Board of Paser Regency. A total of 66 respondents were invited to be interviewed openly. The sample is sampling in nature, where the population size is <100 informants. Supporting equipment uses questionnaires and documentation sessions. Empirical results found that HR competence and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance, where the statistical output explains that ρ <0.05. Then, the SPSS output also concludes that HR competencies play a role in a pattern of significant linkages between HR competencies and employee performance (ρ <0.05). Finally, this paper contributes to a theoretical and practical extension to the stakeholders. Expectations on the future agenda need to consider other elements outside the model discussed, which have implications for the performance of government officials.
2023-02-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 Mrs. Mariyani Mariyani, Dr. Sofjan Aripin, Dr. Darmanto Darmantohttps://journal.jis-institute.org/index.php/ijcse/article/view/821Effect of Training on Employee Performance at PT. This is also considering that although almost all parts of the coconut fruit have been taken advantage of, many are also wasted into waste such as the fibers and shells. One of the uses of coconut shells is used as charcoal fuel. Coconut shell charcoal is usually further processed into briquettes and until now is used by the community for household, business, and industrial purposes. The use of coconut shells can be done to overcome wastewater.Changes and village building initiatives must grow from young people or millennials who act as agents of change. The research approach used is a type of pedagogic approach that leads to providing a description of the object of research and its relation to everything studied in the form of interviews and the results of the author’s observations during the activity and after the activity. In this study, a qualitative descriptive design type was used. Researchers are trying to obtain and describe data about this service activity in the form of Training on Making Shells into Charcoal with the theme “Training on Making charcoal into shells in Kedung Soka Village, Ampel Island District, Serang Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia”.
2023-03-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 Mochamad Mu’izzuddin, Hunainah Hunainah, Sulaiman Jazuli, Anis Fauzihttps://journal.jis-institute.org/index.php/ijcse/article/view/1038Analysis of Accounting Information Systems in the Payroll Cycle to Increase the Effectiveness of Internal Control at CV. The theory used was the American Statement of Basic Accounting Theory (ASOBAT) and the Theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study implemented a descriptive approach to analyze data. The results show that there were several weaknesses in the company's payroll accounting information system that could weaken the company's internal control, namely: 1) several financial functions that double as a part responsible for financial reporting and company administration; 2) a number of financialfunctions that concurrently acted as a company in charge of recording every transaction; 3) employee attendance record file still was still manual.

2023-03-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 Meyvira Permata, Harsi Romli, Leriza Desitama Anggrainihttps://journal.jis-institute.org/index.php/ijcse/article/view/1036The Influence of the Application and Understanding of SAK EMKM-Based Accounting on the Financial Statements of UMKM Pempek in Palembang City2023-01-23T17:14:43+00:00Ira Syafirairasyf88@gmail.comLeriza Desitama Anggrainileriza@uigm.ac.idAndini Utari Putriandini@uigm.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the influence of the application and understanding of accounting based on SAK EMKM on the financial statements of Small and Medium Enterprise.
