The outbreak of the Covid-19 virus which has become a global pandemic has led to a new policy to avoid spreading and transmitting the virus. One of them is the worship policy for Muslims which is responded by MUI and Hai'ah Kibar Ulama Al-Azhar. This study aims to determine the role of Maqashid Shari'ah to find out the purpose of the existence of a law, one of which issued by scholars in dealing with the current emergency conditions. In the context of the covid-19 virus outbreak, eliminating Friday prayers and congregational prayers is a dharuriyat case (primary), because the implementation of the worship raises a crowd that has the potential to cause transmission of the virus, the dharuriyat case is the benefit that must be maintained, as the essence of the Maqashid Sharia.

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of memorizing the Qur'an on spiritual quotient. The research was conducted at MAN 3 Palembang in the 2018/2019 academic year. The students studied were 70 grade students who actively participated in the tahfiz al-Qur'an program. The X variable (independent variable) in this study is memorizing Al-Qur'an and the Y variable (dependent variable) is Spiritual quotient (SQ). There are 4 types of data study techniques used in this research, namely questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. After the data is collected, it is processed using linear regression. The results of the analysis with linear regression can be ignored that the ability of the Qur'an has a significant effect on the spiritual intelligence of students of MAN 3 Palembang.

Not only physically healthy Humans are creatures of Allah SWT who are the most noble of all other creatures by being gifted with physical, intellect and lust, this perfection makes beings who have the power of thought and the ability to regulate emotions both in their personal lives and in their social life.

The quality of educators can be seen from their level of professionalism in realizing everything related to the teaching assignment of students. They generally find it difficult to carry out learning innovations in their Madrasahs. The teachers also experienced many obstacles in the implementation of supervision because the implementation only touched the administrative aspect, not professional development. Departing from this premise, the authors are interested in conducting research with a survey approach regarding the problems of teachers in madrasas (State MTs in Palembang City) in planning, implementing and evaluating learning.
