Abstract

This research aims to develop a strategic plan for the academic information system at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Palembang. Using SWOT analysis, the study identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect the management and development of the academic information system. The method helps determine appropriate strategies to improve system performance and support academic services. The results of this research are expected to serve as a guideline for the university in aligning its information system strategy with institutional goals, thereby increasing the efficiency and quality of academic services.
