This study aims to analyze Subaya Village, Bangli, Kintamani's condition and potential through a mixed approach that combines field observation and SWOT analysis. This method involves in-depth observation of the Village's strengths and weaknesses and interviews with village officials and the community to identify opportunities and threats. The study results show that Subaya Village has significant strengths, including abundant natural resources and a rich local culture, which can be utilized for tourism development. However, infrastructure weaknesses and limited human resources must be overcome. The study also identifies opportunities for developing eco-tourism and community empowerment programs, while threats such as climate change and competition from other regions must be addressed with appropriate mitigation strategies. This finding is expected to provide a basis for the sustainable development of Subaya Village and improve community welfare through optimal utilization of local potential.
