Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) integrates environmental sustainability into organizational human capital strategies and practices. Within the hospitality sector where operational expansion often correlates with increased resource consumption and environmental strain, Green HRM has emerged as a crucial framework for sustainable business conduct. This study investigates the influences of green human resource management practices and employees’ pro-environment behaviors on employees’ green performance in hotel establishments located in Yogyakarta City and Sleman. A total of 52 respondents from eight hotels comprising five-star, four-star, three-star and two-star categories participated in the study. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires administered directly to employees within their respective workplaces. The study employed multiple linear regression analysis to test the research hypotheses. Findings demonstrate that Green Human Resource Management practices significantly and positively influence employees’ green performance. Furthermore, pro-environmental behavior among hotel employees also exerts a positive impact to emplyoyees’ green performance of the observed samples.
