Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and psychological well-being on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar. The background of this study is the challenges of the modern workplace, which demand a balance between work and personal life and affect psychological well-being, thereby affecting productivity. The study used a quantitative, accidental sampling approach, involving 52 respondents. The study is expected to show that work-life balance and psychological well-being have a significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research not only contributes to the development of human resource management science and banking practices in Indonesia but also provides practical implications for professionals in these fields, engaging the audience with its relevance and applicability.
