The International Conference on Business, Economics & Management (ICBEM) is a scientific conference that presents original articles on knowledge and information about the latest research and development in the fields of business, economics, and management.

ICBEM is organised by Training & Research Institute Jeramba Ilmu Sukses (TRI-JIS). Training & Research Institute Jeramba Ilmu Sukses (TRI-JIS) is a non-profit organisation that aims to provide training, research, and publication for academic papers. The institute was established at the end of 2019 and has provided training and publications across several disciplines, including the International Journal of Business, Management and Economics. ICBEM is currently held annually, and the conference proceedings are the outcome. e-ISSN: 3021-7784. The Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is assigned to each published article, and the journal is indexed by Crossref and Google Scholar. The proceedings are open-access proceedings.
