The Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Teacher Performance at MA Ittihadul Ulum Lubuklinggau City

The problem in this research is there is any influence of work motivation and work environment on teacher performance at MA Ittihadul Ulum Lubuklinggau? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on teacher performance at MA Ittihadul Ulum Lubuklinggau. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using saturated samples as many as 40 people. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis using f test. The result of the research is that there is an influence of motivation on teacher performance at MA Ittihadul Ulum, Lubuklinggau City with tcount = 5.082, greater than ttable = 2.042. There is an Influence of Work Environment on Teacher Performance at MA Ittihadul Ulum, Lubuklinggau City with t count = 3.200 greater than t table = 2.042. The Influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Teacher Performance at MA Ittihadul Ulum, Lubuklinggau City with a value of tcount = 17.360, greater than ttable = 2.042. This proves the hypothesis in the research is proven and the hypothesis is accepted.
