Abstract

In a professional environment, employee performance is an important factor for a company's success. Employee performance is the key to the company's sustainability and development, but optimal performance is not only influenced by skills and experience, but also by psychological factors and the work environment. Some of the psychological factors that affect performance include personality, work stress, and quality of work life. Previous research on these three variables has produced diverse findings, so further research needs to be done.
