Hosted by FMI Korwil Sumsel in collaboration with a few partners, this international conference aims to bring together scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to engage in an interdisciplinary dialogue on the transformation of global business landscapes. In the context of rapid digitalization, evolving financial systems, and the global pursuit of sustainability, the conference seeks to explore how innovation and green economic strategies can drive inclusive and resilient growth.


Participants are invited to share theoretical and empirical research, exchange best practices, and contribute to shaping the academic and practical frontiers of future business.

International Conference on Business, Economics & Management (ICBEM) is a scientific conference that presents original articles about knowledge and information on research or application of the latest research and development in the field of business, economics and management.

ICBEM is organised by Training & Research Institute Jeramba Ilmu Sukses (TRI-JIS). Training & Research Institute Jeramba Ilmu Sukses (TRI-JIS) is a non-profit organisation that aims to provide training, research and publication for academic papers. The institute was established at the end of 2019 and has provided a number of training and publications for several disciplines, including the International Journal of Business, Management and Economics. ICBEM is currently organised annually, and the conference outcome is proceedings. e-ISSN: xxxx-xxxx. The Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is assigned to each published article and the journal is indexed by Crossref and Google Scholar. The proceedings is an open-access proceedings.

Areas of ICBEM include, but are not limited to Business, Economics & Management but also Banking, Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Economics, Trade, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Tourism, Hospitality, Human Resources, Government, and Administration.

This conference utilises the LOCKSS and the PKP PN system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
